This program is designed to build the core competencies i.e., the knowledge and skills required to perform the tasks required for the ML Engineer job role at an entry level. You will be equipped with the deeper skills and competencies to embark on an ML Engineer job role at an entry level. You will also be eligible for the career preparation and services pertaining to the entry-level ML Engineer job role*.
*The roles may vary from organization to organization. NIIT has no binding on the nomenclature of the roles mentioned.
The following points need to be kept in mind before availing of a loan through the Finance provider (NBFC):
- The EMI amounts are calculated on the balance Fee + 18% GST.
- Interest rate is dependent on the applicant's risk profile. The starting EMIs mentioned under payment options on the website are based on starting interest rate for illustration purposes. The Actual EMI may vary based on the approved Interest Rate & will be at the sole discretion of the lender.
- An additional processing fee of 1% of the loan amount + 18% GST is to be paid to the lender post-loan approval.
- Loan approval will be subject to the applicant’s eligibility as determined by the lender.
- After availing of the loan, the candidate has to pay EMIs to the 3rd party directly.
- The loan agreement is between the Applicant and the lender, and the applicants are informed to fully understand the terms and conditions applicable before availing of the loan.
- The loan facility is provided by a 3rd party lender (NBFC) in the best interest of the applicant. NIIT has no further role in the Loan process. Any dispute related to the loan is to be taken up with the lender only.
- It is advised and recommended to go through the loan terms and conditions before availing a loan from the loan provider (NBFC).
- Any loan cancellation or refund policy will be treated based on standard and respective T&Cs
- NIIT does not mandate to avail the loan to join the program at NIIT. Availing of loan is completely a personal choice of the applicant.
- Any loan cancellation, foreclosure, EMI repayment etc., will be governed by the terms & conditions of the loan agreement and the loan provider only.
- If the applicant is below 21 years of age then they need to apply for the loan along with a co-applicant that is at least 21 years of age
- Minimum documentation to apply for a loan are
- PAN Card,
- Aadhar Card (Front + Back),
- 6 months’ income showing Bank statement,
- Recent 3 months’ salary slips for working professional and Business registration proof/Recent ITR for self-employed individuals or businessman
- In absence of complete or required documentation, the loan application may be rejected by the loan partner. The loan application acceptance and rejection are at the sole discretion of the attached lenders.

Joint Managing Director NIIT Limited
Parappil Rajendran, Joint Managing Director and Co-Founder of NIIT Ltd., is a member of the core team that developed and brought the organization to its present position of global standing, since its inception in 1981.
He received his degree in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India and joined KELTRON, a Kerala government startup electronic products company, where he worked for eight years in marketing, product management, sales of electronic industrial products and design, installation and commissioning of electronic automation and control of thermal power stations.
Rajendran also serves on the Board of Management of the not-for-profit NIIT University in Neemrana, Rajasthan. He is also actively engaged with the not-for-profit NIIT Foundation, which addresses the skilling and livelihood needs of youth from the underserved segments of the society.
Rajendran was associated with the apex industry association, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for over a decade, serving on their Information Technology, Human Resources & Higher Education committees. He has served on the Central Board of Trustees of Employees Provident Fund for eight years. He is a life member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers, USA.

Srikanth Velamakanni is the Co-founder, Group Chief Executive, and Executive Vice Chairman of Fractal, one of the leading players in artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Since Srikanth co-founded Fractal in 2000, the company has raised more than USD 300 million from private equity investors and has empowered more than 100 Fortune 500 companies with its AI, data, and analytics-driven business strategies. Under his leadership, Fractal has developed several product lines within the company, including Cuddle.ai, Eugenie.ai, and Qure.ai. Pradeep Narayanan is the president at NIIT Digital and Growth Initiatives, NIIT Limited. A postgraduate in management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Pradeep has extensive work experience of more than 40 years across companies like Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Eicher GoodEarth Ltd, NIIT Ltd and [24]7.ai.
Pradeep is considered a pioneer in franchising the education business and is one of the most respected figures in the retail IT education business. He has also held many key management positions in NIIT and was a key member of the leadership team which steered the company management successfully during his 17-year tenure (November 1987 till June 2004).
In his first stint at NIIT, Pradeep was heading NIIT's retail education business in India. He was responsible for scaling NIIT’s IT education business having set up and managed over 1500 education centers delivering education to over half a million students at any point in time. This involved setting up education centers all over the world - right from incorporation of local companies, to hiring people, establishing local partnerships and designing and implementing products and marketing & sales plans and being responsible for the P&L of the business.
After his first stint with NIIT, Pradeep went on to become the Chief Delivery Officer of [24]7.ai, headquartered in Bangalore, one of the leading knowledge process outsourcing firms in India today, where he helped it to scale. Udai is the President, Global Products & Solutions and Learning Delivery at NIIT Limited. He leads the team that is responsible for the design & development of NIIT’s retail product offerings that are powering the growth of NIIT Digital in India and StackRoute Learning Inc., in the US. Additionally, this team is responsible for the technology-enabled pedagogical innovations that ensure NIIT’s deep skilling programs can deliver superior outcomes at scale. With distributed virtual online learning gaining accelerated adoption from 2020, this team is also responsible for the shared delivery capability & capacity that supports our learners globally. Going forward, Udai is also conceptualizing & implementing hybrid & omni-channel customer engagement, experience, and delivery strategies for NIIT Digital.
In his previous role as President of the Corporate Learning Business in India his focus was on executing NIIT’s strategy to create a multi-modal learning delivery capability in India. He led NIIT’s key strategic initiatives including incubating StackRoute, the acquisition of Perceptron Learning Solutions and integration of their unique next generation mastery learning platform. He set up StackRoute Labs to nurture the relationship with EkStep Foundation which has pioneered some of India’s largest digital platform initiatives in the area of School education & Teacher training. He helped set up NetVarsity.com, one of the world’s earliest online learning portals in 1996, became its CTO in 2000, and ran NIIT Online Learning Limited till 2003 as its COO. This evolved into a Brick-and-Portal model of Blended Education delivery that was unique to NIIT. In 2006, he helped setup NIIT Imperia and brought Executive Management Education from Premier institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Calcutta to working professionals across India through a unique Synchronous Learning Technology platform. He was an early proponent of the use of Cloud platforms and technologies and conceptualized & deployed India’s first Cloud CampusTM featuring NIIT’s unique Cloud & Collaborative Learning Model in 2011. Under his leadership, StackRoute was set up in 2015 to offer a fully immersive experience to learners and transform them into the world’s best Fullstack developers.
Udai did his B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and M.E. in Electronics & Control from BITS, Pilani. Became the youngest Lecturer at the age of 21 and taught Computer Science courses for a year before joining NIIT in 1990.
President of NIIT China, an NIIT Subsidiary
Kamal Dhuper is the President of NIIT China, a subsidiary of NIIT Limited. NIIT offers multi-disciplinary learning management and training delivery solutions to corporations, institutions, and individuals in over 30 countries.
Kamal has served NIIT in India and China for over 30 years. He began his journey at NIIT Dehradun from 1992 to 1995, after which he moved to NIIT in Delhi. During his time in Delhi from 1995 to 2002, Kamal performed multiple roles in direct marketing, channel management, sales, and marketing coordination, as well as own center profitability management at regional and national levels. These responsibilities were part of India Individual Learning Solutions business.
Between 2003 and 2005, Kamal served in the corporate office as a Senior Business Manager, working closely with Co-founder, Vijay Thadani. In this role, Kamal was responsible for coordinating strategy planning, budgeting, and business reviews with Independent Business Units (IBUs). He also provided support to NIIT China's business from India during this time.
In July 2005, Kamal relocated to Shanghai, China, with his family and took on the position of Regional Manager for East, Central, and South China regions. In 2006, he was given the overall responsibility for operations of NIIT China, including sales, marketing, business development, and delivery operations. Since 2016, Kamal has been independently handling NIIT China's business.
In China, NIIT works closely with provincial governments, software parks, universities, colleges, business partners, and technology companies to provide NIIT Digital programs. NIIT China has established and cultivated global talent development cooperation with multiple cities and provinces of China, collaborating with governments and universities in public-private partnership models. Currently, NIIT successfully operates in several provinces of China, including Shandong, Guizhou, Hainan, Ningxia, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Henan, and Sichuan. In recognition of his contributions, Kamal was appointed as a member of the International Advisory & Consultative Committee by the Wuxi municipal government in 2012.
Kamal has also been involved with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in China. He served as the Chairman of the IT Taskforce of CII-India Business Forum from 2015 to 2017, where he worked on creating opportunities for the Indian IT industry in Guizhou and Jiangsu provinces. Between 2017 and 2019, he was appointed as the Chairman of the CII-India Business Forum.

Sanjeev Bansal is the Chief Financial Officer at NIIT Limited. Dr. Mita Brahma is the HR Head, NIIT Limited. Her experience of more than 30 years spans the consulting, software, banking, and education sectors.
Mita has worked in different areas of retail, corporate and institutional banking with the State Bank of India. She has headed the Human Resource function at Nucleus Software Exports Ltd, and led large organizational development initiatives with Grow Talent, a consulting services organization. Some of the areas in which she has led projects are real time strategic change, leadership assessment & development, goal alignment and deployment, organization design, and workplace technologies.
As a senior member of the leadership team, Mita is responsible for designing and executing the people strategy at NIIT. Her focus areas are talent development, and maintaining organizational agility and resilience, in the current era of digital disruption. She is also an active contributor as a thought leader in the areas of Future of work, Inclusion and Entrepreneurship.
Mita has research interests, and has published in peer reviewed journals, and Springer publications. Mita completed her Integrated M.S. in Applied Physics and MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and obtained a Fellowship from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Rajan Venkataraman is the Chief Digital Officer at NIIT and is responsible for driving digital strategy and transformation for the organization.
As Chief Digital Officer, Rajan heads the Learning Science & Technology group at NIIT with a clear charter to build and leverage digital solutions to scale and grow a digitally driven business. Rajan leads the development of innovative platforms that elevate business outcomes and customer experience.
Rajan has had a long and successful tenure at NIIT. He began his journey as a post-graduate student from NIIT Chennai in 1988. Since then, he has been instrumental in achieving the many milestones in NIIT’s growth from establishing the technology and platforms for the global business in the US in 1996 to the design and implementation of NIIT’s innovative Computerdrome facility that provided 24x7 computer labs at major cities in India as Chief Technology Officer.
He has spearheaded many cutting-edge technology initiatives including an award-winning sales enablement platform, a customer experience platform and more recently AI-driven solutions that have all ushered in an EdTech revolution at NIIT. He also led major digital transformation initiatives that enabled customers and NIITians to rapidly pivot to a remote work environment during the pandemic. NIIT has been awarded multiple Information Security and Global Compliance certifications under his leadership.
Rajan has been recognized with multiple awards including the Global Leadership Award for his significant contributions globally.
Rajan is a Formula 1 fan and enjoys cooking.
