    Frequently asked questions

    The program fee includes 4 months of residential training + 3 months of guided Internship at Axis Bank + 5 months of guided on job training at Axis Bank. During the residential training, the student will earn a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month, during internship student will earn a stipend of Rs. 24,491 per month which is followed by 5 months of on-the-job training with a paid salary. The fee includes costs of training, accommodation, food and TAB (for learning) on the campus. Any expenses of personal nature like laundry, etc. are not a part of the program fee. The program fee will remain Rs.2,37,288 + Taxes irrespective of being delivered in online mode or campus mode.

    Yes, you will receive Rs 5,000/- per month during first 4 months of residential training, Rs 24,491/- per month for 3 months of internship period and from OJT onwards, you will receive your salary.

    Posting allocation during Internship and OJT (final posting) would solely depend upon business requirements of the Bank and vacancies available at that time - While the Circle preferences may be asked, it does not guarantee posting in the preferred Circle - An employee must serve for at least 2 years in their current role / location to be eligible for any role/location change. - The above is applicable for all ABYBs across any role / vertical

    Yes, you will under go 3 months of paid Internship (Rs. 24,491/ Month) and 5 months of On the Job training. Salary will be paid during the OJT.

    The student will be placed as an Assistant Manager Grade performing role of Branch Relationship Officer at any of the Axis Bank Branches Pan India. The role of a BRO is to deepen Customer Relationship through Customer Service and Sales of Banking products. Providing Financial Solutions to Existing Customers Deepen Engagement with Existing Customers Introduce Existing Customers to Digital Banking Process customer transaction within defined TAT Acquire new Customers

    No, this is a fully residential programme and you are required not to be in employment while undergoing this programme and at the time of joining this programme, you are required to submit a Relieving letter from your last employer.

    The programme requires you to have completed graduation at the time of joining. But if you are in the final semester of your graduation, you can apply.

    The Yong bankers programme is an initiative by Axis Bank – NIIT IFBI Academy of Relationship and Wealth Management focused on building talent at Axis Bank and aims to create next-generation Bankers.

    Once the Batch for the Program starts and you exit in between, Program Fee is not refundable. If you wish to leave before the program commencement, then the fee is refunded.

    Qualification:

    • Graduates or Postgraduates from any stream with:
      • 50% and above in their final year of graduation OR
      • Aggregate of 50% and above in all years of graduation.
    • Candidates in the final year of Graduation/Post Graduation who have appeared for their examinations & are awaiting results are also eligible.
      • However, they must submit their Original Final Year mark sheet & Degree Certificate at the time of joining the academy.
    • Graduation Degree (10+2+3 pattern) is mandatory.

    Age Criteria:

    • Candidates must be 30 years or younger at the time of application.
    • Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of work experience.

    You Would NOT Be Eligible for This Program If:

    1. You have a relative working at Axis Bank, as per the Bank’s relative hiring policy.
      • If two relatives are selected, the candidate with the lower assessment score will have to withdraw their application.
    2. You have faced disciplinary proceedings from any previous employer(s).
    3. You have been proceeded against or convicted under any criminal statutes or in a consumer forum.
    4. Any legal action is pending or proposed against you.

    Important Disclaimers:

    • Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility norms before applying.
    • If at any stage it is found that a candidate does not meet eligibility criteria or has provided false information/documents, their candidature will be canceled.
    • If such discrepancies are detected after admission/appointment, their admission/services are liable to be terminated.

    • At the time of joining, candidates must submit a self-declaration medical fitness form.

     

    Axis Bank will issue the student with a provisional offer letter that will stand confirmed once the student completes all phases of the training successfully. The student has to be abiding by the terms & conditions mentioned in the offer.

    Post-Graduate Diploma in Banking Services – From NIIT University.

    Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills and have a good command over the English language, both written and spoken.

    The training will happen at NIIT University in Neemrana which is an award-winning green campus on the Delhi-Jaipur highway. The campus is spread across 75 acres and is a walled campus with a single entry and 24-hours security.

    Selection Process for Axis Bank Young Bankers Program

    Step 1: Online Registration

    • Complete your online application form on the official website.
    • Ensure the application is fully completed, including the payment of the application fee.
    • Note: The application fee covers the assessment process and does not guarantee selection for the program or employment with Axis Bank.

    Step 2: Selection Process

    The selection consists of two stages of proctored online assessments followed by a face-to-face interaction:

    1. Level 1 - Written Test (Online)

    2. Level 2 - Video Interview (Online AI-Based)
      • Candidates will undergo an AI-driven video assessment.

    • Selected candidates will receive an admission letter.
    • Upon completing admission formalities, they will be enrolled in the campus program.
